We base our instruction off of the Department of Education State Standards. We use the state standards to make sure we are covering all the concepts that fourth grade students need in order to be prepared for fifth grade and beyond. We also follow Minneapolis Public School's Year at a Glance (affectionately known as the YAG) to provide the pacing and structure for covering the state standards.  We are excited to use both resources as it allows us the freedom to teach what we know is important and still meet the needs of all our students.
